Order Information

    • You will receive an email and SMS confirmation from Metaphor once your order has been successfully placed. The mail will have all the details related to your order.
  • Oh no! We're sorry to hear this. If you receive a faulty item please return to us within 7 days of receipt of the faulty goods and we will deliver the exchange. Please remember to get in touch with our Customer Service team prior to exchange. You can do so by contacting our customer care or by filling out a Customer Service Return/Exchange form (must login to see your products) here, and a member of our team will get back to you.

  • We aim to process your return ASAP, but on occasions it may take up to 7 days (inside Kathmandu Valley) for your exchange to be processed and more than 7 days (Outside Valley).

  • Delivery charge is free only when the product delivered to you were faulty. Else, the delivery charge will be charged for other reasons like "Did not like the product", "The cloth did not fit", "Mistakenly damaged by you", etc (for more, please contact our customer care for further information on these reasons).

  • If you are not in when your parcel arrives, please receive the call from our delivery agents to inform them or you can also pior contact our customer care. Then, there will be details on how to pick up your order or rearrange delivery (delivery charge may be charged).

  • To cancel the order, Under My account, Click on Order History, You will see the cancel order button. Click on the cancel order button.

    Note: You cannot cancel the order once the product is dispatched

  • If your most recent order is not showing after successful payment, please be rest assured & try checking the same after 10 minutes.

  • You cannot change the address or phone number once an order is placed. In order to change the delivery details, you can contact our Metaphor Fashion Support team to make changes in your order details

  • Our standard delivery timeline is between 8-13 business days, which include the order processing time and delivery time. The fast delivery timeline is 3-5 business days. It may vary slightly depending on the location. Please allow us this period to deliver your order.

    You can also check the current status of your order in your Urbanic Account. Please log in to your Metaphor Fashion Account and under the “My orders under My Account” tab, you will see the list of all your orders and tapping on the order you want to track, you can see the current status of the order and if it is shipped it will show you the tracking number to track your order.

    If your estimated delivery date has passed and you haven’t received your order, please contact our customer support team either through Chat, call or email us and they will assist you further.

Cancellation Information

  • To cancel the order, Under My account, Click on Order History, You will see the cancel order button. Click on the cancel order button.

    If you have placed the order as a guest, signup/sign in with the email that you have used while placing an order and you can then cancel the order through the "My Order" section.

    In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you in Metaphor Store Credit within 72 business hours after cancellation.

  • Shipping charges will be refunded if the complete order is cancelled. However, in case of part order cancellation, shipping charge will not be refunded

  • Coupon codes are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order.

    If you had redeemed Store Credit for an order, the same will be credited back to your account in the case of a cancellation.

    In case you used the gift card amount, the same would be credited back to your gift card in the case of a cancellation.

  • This may have happened, if the item you returned is used, damaged or original tags are missing. In the event that the return request is declined, the user shall not be eligible for a refund, and Metaphor Fashion assumes no liability in this regard.   • We use the 3D Secure payment gateway for card payments and Trusted payment gateway Partners for net-banking. These are industry-standard secure payment methods so that we can ensure that all your online transactions at Metaphor Fashion are processed in an extremely secure environment.

  • Our trusted online payment partners monitor transactions continuously for suspicious activity and flag potentially fraudulent transactions for manual verification by our team:
    1. When our team is unable to rule out the possibility of fraud categorically, the transaction is kept on hold, and the customer is requested to provide identity documents.
    2. The ID documents help us ensure that the purchases were indeed made by a genuine card holder.

Metaphor Store Credit

  • A store credit is an amount offered by Metaphor Fashion to a customer who returns an item not eligible for a refund. It can be used to buy other products at the store.

  • 1. You need to log in to the Metaphor Fashion customer account.
    2. Once you add all the product to your shopping bag, you will see the available store credit on the 'Shopping Bag'
    3. Click on 'Apply' button to use the store credit in the order and proceed by clicking ' Checkout'
    4. If you do not have enough store credit, you can pay the remaining amount using any other form of payment.

  • You can not withdraw balance from your Metaphor fashion store credit to your bank account. It can only be used to purchase products at

  • The refund amount would be credited back to Metaphor Fashion Store Credit
